A goal for myself

I want to continue to try new techniques in the classroom and share the happenings with my other teachers on staff. I want to try to get more teachers to try new things. Many give it lip service and then return to the way they have always done things. I want to encourage them to mix it up and maybe, just maybe, they will see the positive effects of teaching with 21st century techniques.

Great goal Bob! By encouraging others to mix it you are not only helping them, you are helping the STUDENTS! Keep it up!

I like you attitude. I sometimes have great intentions, but don't follow through. We just have to pull the trigger and try new things. You will never know what good could come of new strategies if you never try them. I admire your willingness to try things.
